Ravi Dissanayake is the CEO and visionary behind our tours and travels company. He brings a unique global perspective shaped by experiences across more than 80 countries. His journey through diverse cultures and markets has taught him that the best adventures come from embracing change and seeing opportunities where others see challenges.

With a business degree and shareholder positions in companies spanning Sri Lanka and Scandinavia, Ravi has built his career on making meaningful connections and creating value across borders. But his greatest passion lies in opening doors for the next generation—empowering young entrepreneurs and travelers to explore, innovate, and build their own paths.

Sanka Nalin

Director

With over 15 years of experience in the banking sectors of Sri Lanka and Dubai, Sanka built a career defined by discipline and expertise. He honed his skills in strategic marketing, customer service, and operational planning, rising to the role of Senior Manager.

Combined with his Business and Management degree from Northumbria University, UK, this background provides the financial and organizational rigor essential for a sustainable, top-tier travel company. Sanka founded Roam Sphere Travels to fuse this professional acumen with his long-standing passion for Sri Lankan tourism.

Shanaka Jayakody

Director

Mr. Shanaka Jayakody brings extensive experience and deep expertise in the fields of finance, budgeting, and cost management. With a strong professional background in financial planning and corporate decision-making, he plays a vital role in ensuring the company's financial stability and long-term profitability.

He is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, pricing structure, and profitability analysis of Roam Sphere Travels. Driven by strategic thinking and attention to detail, Mr. Jayakody continues to strengthen Roam Sphere Travels' position as a reliable and profitable inbound travel company.

Rangika Dissanayake

Mrs. Rangika Dissanayake brings over 15 years of professional experience in Sri Lanka's leading financial sector, where she excelled in both sales and operations. Her strong corporate background, combined with a passion for travel and service excellence, laid the foundation for her transition into the tourism industry.

She has successfully completed a Certificate Course in Inbound Tourism at the Open University of Sri Lanka, equipping her with the essential knowledge and industry insights to deliver world-class travel experiences. Her vision is to establish Roam Sphere Travels as a trusted inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka.
