Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment and send you a written confirmation. Please check all details carefully and let us know of any errors right away.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The rest of the payment is due 7 days before you arrive.
Final Cost
The price we quote you is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees. Any bank charges for a transfer are your responsibility.

If We Cancel
In the rare case that we must cancel your trip due to an emergency, we will refund all your money. We will also try to offer you another tour of the same quality. We are not responsible for any other costs you've incurred.
Changes We Make
We will only change your tour plan if absolutely necessary (for example, if a hotel is overbooked). We will always discuss any changes with you first.
Changes You Request
We will do our best to accommodate changes you request after your booking is confirmed, but extra costs may apply.
Personal Safety
You are responsible for your own safety and for assessing if a tour is right for you. We strongly recommend you get advice from a doctor about your health and any necessary vaccinations.
Insurance
You must have valid travel insurance for your trip. Please provide us with your policy details before you travel.
Damages
You are responsible for any damages or losses you or your group cause at hotels or other locations. You must pay for the damages before you leave.
Behavior
We expect respectful behavior from all travelers. We may end your tour without a refund if your behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.
Information
We do our best to provide accurate information, but we are not responsible for details that are outside of our control (like a restaurant being closed).
Independent Travel
If we have only booked part of your trip, we are not responsible for the services you booked on your own.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for things that are beyond our control, like natural disasters, war, or other emergencies that prevent or delay your tour.
Accommodation
We guarantee the hotels in your confirmed tour package. You are responsible for researching them before you book. Hotel changes after booking are not guaranteed and may have extra costs.
Shopping
We do not guarantee the quality of any items you buy from third-party shops during your tour, even if our guide suggests the place.
This contract and these terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
